USX and Stop Soldier Suicide Present "The Hike to End Soldier Suicide"
On March 29, 2017, two veterans, John Moore and Bob Williamson, will embark on a 2,650.1 mile expedition. John and Bob will hike from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail. They will be conducting this hike to raise money for veteran suicide awareness and prevention efforts. Together, the pair personally knows 13 soldiers who have committed suicide, either during or post deployment. It is their hope this journey will save lives and contribute to the end of Soldier suicide.
This hike is being conducted in partnership with the charities Stop Soldier Suicide and U.S. Expeditions & Explorations .
